Appointments and Reservations
Although not mandatory, and “walk-ins” are always welcome, reservations are strongly recommended.
You can make an appointment for your services by calling us at 250-923-2086. Guest services will be happy to assist you. Or book online today!
Spa and Salon services with a value of $200 or more, require either a Gift Certificate number or a valid credit card number at the time of booking.
Cancellations
We require a minimum of 48 hours for cancellations and rescheduling appointments. If we do not receive 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service. No shows or day of cancels will result in a full charge of your appointment.
