What is our spa etiquette?
The spa is an oasis of tranquility. Our clients are entitled to peace, quite and relaxation, therefore we ask you to please refrain from using personal cell phones within the facility. When visiting our treatment areas, we kindly as you to keep voices hushed, and thank you for understanding why infants and small children cannot be brought into the spa.
How do I book a spa package or service?
Simply give us a call, and one of our Guest Services will help you to decide which services are perfect for you. Our Guest Services will then work out a schedule to suite your plans. You can also book online!
What do your spa packages consist of?
Our Guest Services have been trained to assist in planning your perfect spa day whilst keeping your choices within your budget or gift certificate value. If you so desire, additional services can be added to enhance your day. Have a look at our Spa Packages for full details.
Is there any deposit required to book a package?
We only require a credit card number at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We also require the courtesy of a 72-hour cancelation notice on all spa packages and group bookings and 24 hours’ notice on all spa services.
Any missed appointments, or appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance, will be charged 50% of the treatment or package cost.
How far in advance do I have to book?
Some days are more popular than others, so it depends. In some cases, we require 1-2 weeks advance booking, but at times you’re able to schedule within the week.
It is best to book your spa or salon experience as soon as your plans for visiting have been made. We do have cancelations from time to time, and we maintain a computerized “waitlist”. You are welcome to place your name on our waitlist at any time if you are unable to make an appointment within the time frame you were looking for. We also recommend re-booking your next visit before you leave to avoid waiting and to guarantee the time and date you like.
Do your prices include tax?
All of our prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. Taxes, where applicable, are extra.
What forms of payment do you accept?
U.S currency accepted at par.
We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac Payment, and Cash.
